Come and slow down in this 90 minute Yin Yoga class. Yin is a grounding practice, postures are held longer than in an active (yang) practice to apply a moderate stress to our deeper connective tissues and restore a free flow of energy around the body. Finishing with iRest yoga nidra; a deep meditation practice. A great way to slow down at the end of a busy week.
